Calix Jet
This fountain nozzle produces a more turbulent sheet of water than the mushroom jet and rises to a greater height. The film of water leaves the fountain nozzle at an exit angle to produce a parabolic pattern. When it falls, the film is broken to create a goblet shape. It generates more noise in normal operation than the mushroom jet because the film of water is broken when it falls, making it suitable for outdoor fountains as a feature combined with other higher jets. It is easy and attractive to illuminate this jet with underwater spotlights thanks to the low height required by the nozzle
